At Dirty Little Secret, I want to give my customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back for more. That’s why I believe that my store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all my policies. Requests Policy
All requests submitted will be considered and will receive a reply.
I reserve the right to deny any request at my discretion.
Fee for the request fulfilment will be set by me, no negotiation.
Requests will only be fulfilled on agreement between myself and the customer, and Full payment has been received.
Special requests may take 2-7 days to complete, but I will aim for as soon as is possible.Â
Any abusive Messages will be ignored but if you persist, Legal action will be taken against you.
Shipping Policies
How We Do It
All UK Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post to arrive within 1-2 working days unless stated in order confirmation.
All International Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked post to arrive within 5-7 working days unless stated in order confirmation.
All deliveries will be discretely packaged for your privacy.
If there will be any delay to your delivery I will contact you immediately and provide regular updates where possible.
No product will be posted until full payment has been received.
Privacy Policy
For discretion and Privacy, I don't keep any information stored where possible. However any information that is stored (eg PayPal payments) is protected under the appropriate Data protection laws and will not be shared for any reason.
All payments go through PayPal to protect both buyer and seller and are handled discretely. No other payment methods are accepted.
